You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

Fees for Services are described in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due according to the schedule set out in that agreement. We do not guarantee specific results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Refund policies, if any, are described in your individual service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is owned by or licensed to All Things Small Bizz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

Materials we create specifically for your business as part of a paid Services agreement are typically transferred or licensed to you according to the terms of that agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. Details shared during strategy calls, in onboarding forms, or through our Services will be used only to deliver and improve the Services you requested, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Things Small Bizz and its team members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
